Capable of packing 200,000 bags per day specializing in soft citrus but also Packing Oranges, Grapefruit, and Top Fruit, between Giro, Wineglass, Punnet, Shrink Wrap and Poly Bag.
We employ 160 staff in the packhouse most have been employed from anywhere between 6 month and 22 years giving us a wealth of experience.
We operate include 7 weighers, 3 Punnets and 1 Shrink wrap machines, all of which are capable of weighing and counting.
Five QC Operatives are employed within the packhouse ensuring quality and label details meet the customer specification as well as our legal obligations.
Shelf Life Tests are done at every production run and the fruit is monitored and recorded giving us full traceability
