Policy Statement

As a company, Eurodix is fully committed to the welfare and fair treatment of all workers within the supply chain. Eurodix works directly with its growers to ensure that all workers involved are fairly treated and that each company complies with local and national laws with regards to ethical requirements.  We have actively encouraged our supply base to adopt the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) Base Code. 

Procedure 

Eurodix is in full communication with its growers, taking into consideration environmental, cultural and social differences between each supplying country.  Eurodix has adopted the ETI Base Code and communicated its requirements and guide lines to our growers in order for them to work towards and ultimately achieve full compliance.

Eurodix has recently adopted the Sedex (Social and Ethical Data Exchange) initiative and sees it as a valuable tool for tracking and sharing ethical data amongst our global supply base and customer alike

Eurodix is actively working with third party ethical experts, to establish training requirements within the technical team, and plan a clear strategy to achieve the highest standards of social responsibility throughout the supply chain.
